2 lbs tomatoes (seeded and chopped)2 tbsp olive oil1 small onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp pepperHot Cooked pasta ~1/2 lbShredded parmesan cheese (toss in after cooked)Bake in 9 x 13 pan uncovered at 350* for 50-60. stirring twice. Toss with pasta; sprinkle with parmesan. Sometimes I add chicken or Italian Sausage.
