2 tbsp olive o...2 lbs tomatoes (seeded and chopped)<br />2 tbsp olive oil<br />1 small onion, chopped<br />1 garlic clove, minced<br />1 tsp salt<br />1 tsp sugar<br />1/2 tsp dried basil<br />1/2 tsp dried oregano<br />1/4 tsp pepper<br />Hot Cooked pasta ~1/2 lb<br />Shredded parmesan cheese (toss in after cooked)<br />Bake in 9 x 13 pan uncovered at 350* for 50-60. stirring twice.
