Blueberry Muffins with Crumb Topping

I was ambitious today, a woman at work made these, but I don't know where she got the recipe.


  1. Blueberry Muffin

    1 ½ cups flour
    ¾ cups sugar
    ½ tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg
    About 1/3 to ½ cup buttermilk
    1 cup fresh blueberries

    ½ cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    ¼ cup butter, cubed
    1 ½ tsp cinnamon

    Combine dry ingredients
    Put vegetable oil in 1 cup measuring cup, add egg, and enough milk to fill the cup
    Mix with flour mixture
    Fold in blueberries
    Fill in muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle with topping
