Homemade Potato Salad and Shish Kebabs

Memorial Day, just enough sun to grill! Rick brought his delicious beans, I made mom's potato salad, and we grilled burgers and shish kebabs. I had to hold off the hungry mob to take these photos!

  1. Vegetable Marinade: 2 parts olive oil, 1 part lemon juice with 1 garlic cloves, fresh herbs (dill, rosemary, oregano)
    Chicken Marinade: ¼ cup olive oil, 2 Tbsp white Wine Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Montreal Chicken Seasoning,½ tsp Italian seasoning, 1 lb chicken

    Potato Salad: 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes cubed, 3 boiled eggs, 1 1/2 celery stalks, 1/2 red onion, 3/4 cup miracle whip, 1 1/2 tsp (approximately), 2 tbsp milk (approx.), salt and pepper to taste).
